In this article the author discussed the confrontation of two constitutionally protected human rights: the right to privacy and the right to freedom of speech. On the basis of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, on the basis of international jurisprudence author comes to a definite conclusion about the opposition of these two fundamental human rights.
